On 11 October 2026 I purchased a one‑week ReelShortW access via an ad on Instagram from South Africa. The amount of approximately R 55.99 was charged to my card, and I have a transaction record showing that the payment was successfully taken. Despite this, I cannot access the ReelShortW service I paid for. The subscription or access has not been activated on my account, and there is no clear information or guidance explaining how to use the service after payment. I request that my one‑week ReelShortW access be activated immediately as paid, or that my payment of R 55.99 be fully refunded if this is not possible. I kindly ask you to check my account and payment and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
