ReelShort Took $12.99 From My Card: Cancel Subscription and Refund
This morning I received a notification that my Visa card had been charged 12.99 USD by “ReelShortW” for a transaction connected to the ReelShort app. I do not recognize this as an intentional purchase, and I am treating it as an unauthorized charge. As far as I know, I did not deliberately save my card details in the ReelShort app or knowingly approve this payment. In the past I may have tried a free trial or a short promotion in similar apps, but I was not clearly informed that I would be charged 12.99 USD, and I did not intend to start any paid subscription or make this payment on ReelShort. I only became aware of the transaction this morning when I saw the bank notification. I request that this unauthorized 12.99 USD charge be fully refunded, any existing subscription or recurring payment connected to my card in ReelShort be completely cancelled, and my card details be removed or blocked from further use on this platform so that no more payments can be taken without my clear consent.
