ReelShort $14.99 Unauthorized VIP Charge
Through this complaint I would like to report an unauthorized VIP purchase of $14.99 on the ReelShort application and request a refund. A charge of $14.99 for a ReelShort VIP subscription was made to my account yesterday with the reference ReelShortW-1538694316. I did not authorize this VIP purchase and I have not used any VIP features after the charge. I also could not find where and how to cancel this subscription within the app or on my account, so I am concerned that it may renew again without my consent. I request that this unauthorized ReelShort VIP purchase in the amount of $14.99 be fully refunded and that the related subscription be cancelled so that no future renewals or charges are made.
