Cancel ReelShortW Subscription

I am using the ReelshortW mobile application with a subscription that I purchased directly with my bank card in Jordan and I am being charged in USD. As of today, I have tried to cancel my subscription, but the subscription does not appear in the list of subscriptions on my phone, so I cannot cancel it through the usual way. Although I want to terminate this subscription, there is no visible option or record that allows me to cancel it, which means I may continue to be charged against my will. I have not yet been able to resolve this issue with any support channel or my bank. I request that my ReelshortW subscription, which was started directly with my card, be immediately cancelled and that no further charges be taken from my card. If there have been any charges after the date on which I attempted to cancel, I also request a refund of those amounts.
