Reeder S19 Max Phone Breaks, Repair Costs Exorbitant

I recently purchased the Reeder S19 Max phone from Reeder's official store during their '1 buy, 1 free' campaign, shelling out ₺5900 for two phones at ₺2950 each. Surprisingly, the same phone is listed at ₺2800 in online sales. The real issue emerged when the phone's screen shattered just an hour after purchase, despite no impact. Sending it for repairs, I was quoted an astonishing ₺2773 for a screen replacement.

To add to the frustration, the phone retails for ₺2799 on Trendyol. I'm baffled by this situation. Additionally, the phone's build is flimsy and flexible, potentially leading to breakage in my pocket due to minor stretching. It's worth noting that this product was formerly under the S Plus brand but has now been rebranded as Reeder.
