Reeder S19 Max Smartphone Shuts Down on Its Own

I sent my Reeder S19 Max device to warranty service twice due to a shutdown problem. The first time, I was asked to pay a fee, but after posting on Xolvie, my device was replaced free of charge. However, the new device started having the same issue on the very first day I received it, which makes me believe this model has a chronic problem. When I applied for warranty service again, I was told that the same model was unavailable, and I would need to pay ₺1000 for a lower model or ₺5000 for a higher one. My device is still under warranty and should be considered a defective product. According to Article 8 of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, if the same model is unavailable, the consumer must be given a higher model free of charge. I am extremely frustrated with this process; while Reeder store staff tried to help, the problem lies entirely with the company. My customer number is 069205000000746, and I demand that my issue be resolved free of charge within the legal framework.
