On May 9, 2022, I purchased a Reeder smartphone from the Hepsiburada website. Over the past two years, I had to send the phone in for repairs 4-5 times due to recurring issues. Each time, they claimed it was fixed and returned it to me. Close to the end of the warranty period, I took the phone to the Reeder store in Ankara Antares. The staff acknowledged that this model was defective and sent it for service.
A few days later, I received a call from Bahar at Reeder's authorized service, who confirmed the phone was defective and would be replaced with a new device. The phone stayed in service for about a month. On June 6, 2024, Melis from Reeder called to inform me that they couldn't replace the phone because the invoice date had passed.
Reeder acknowledged the defect in their product but closed the case without resolution. Frustrated by the lengthy process, I have now filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I have also posted multiple complaints on Şikayetvar and will continue to do so until my issue is resolved. Additionally, I plan to share this experience on all social media platforms to prevent others from facing the same issues with Reeder. I will not drop this matter and will also escalate it to CİMER. I strongly advise against purchasing Reeder products.
