My Reeder Phones Were Faulty - I Still Have Not Received My Refund
I bought 2 Reeder brand phones. They both malfunctioned, were replaced, but the replacements were also faulty. I took the matter to court, and a refund was ordered. However, even though 2 months have passed, I still have not received my refund. When I contact them, they just say, “The legal department will call you,” and then hang up. I have called at least 20 times, but they have never called back or provided any information. I chose the Reeder brand because it is a local brand, but even foreign brands at least don’t leave customers in such a situation.
