Reeder Asked Me to Pay for a Defective S19 Camera Software Issue

I purchased a Reeder S19 smartphone, but unfortunately, the camera isn't functioning because of a software problem. When I reached out to the service center via the store, they quoted a service fee of ₺750 and even recommended replacing my phone for ₺1450. I'm really struggling to understand why I'm being charged for an issue that is obviously a defect in the product. I feel like I'm being exploited, particularly since consumer law states that I shouldn't incur charges for a manufacturing defect. I’m looking for a reasonable solution that doesn’t require me to cover costs for a problem I didn’t create. This experience has made me wonder if Reeder truly supports its products.
