I placed an order from Reebok on September 1, 2024, for a men's size 40 shoe. To my surprise, I received a women's size 38 instead. I returned the shoes and got my refund, thinking it was just a one-time mistake. Trusting that a reputable company like Reebok wouldn't make the same error twice, I reordered the same shoes on September 9, 2024. But again, I received the wrong size—women's size 38 instead of the men's 40. It's been 15 days, and I still don't have the shoes I need. The hassle of dealing with constant returns and shipping, especially with my busy schedule, is incredibly frustrating. Reebok, the problem here isn’t just the cost of the shoes—it's the time and effort you've cost me. I demand better attention to detail in fulfilling orders!
