N11 Suspended My Account Following the Return of Reebok Shoes


On January 30, 2024, I purchased one pair of Reebok sports shoes from the FLO seller on N11 under order number 202899764437. Due to an inaccurate product number, I requested a refund on February 2, 2024 (see image 1) via N11 and returned the item to the seller using Aras Cargo tracking number 112037799667362. The return shipment arrived at the FLO seller on February 5, 2024, and I received an email labeled "return is under review" (see image 2). The following day, my N11 membership account was suspended. Even though the return permission was due on February 7, 2024, it was not processed. Despite my numerous attempts to contact N11 customer support via messages and phone conversations, they did not assist me with the return procedure. Due to the account suspension, the refund process is now stuck, and N11 officials are taking no action. I request that N11 track the return shipping, confirm the payment, and repay me for the returned item that was delivered to the FLO vendor.
