Playstore Charges User $125 for Unauthorized Razer Gold Purchases

I noticed that Razer Pin purchases were made through Playstore without my knowledge or permission. On August 5, 2026, my account was charged a total of approximately $125 for "Razer Gold" top-ups, but I did not make these purchases, nor did I provide any authorization for them.

After discovering the unauthorized charges, I contacted both Playstore and my bank, but neither provided any assistance, and the transactions were not canceled. This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress.

I demand that these unauthorized transactions be canceled, that the entire amount charged without my consent be fully refunded, and that the necessary security checks be conducted on my account, with written notification provided to me regarding the outcome.
