Global Blue Charged My Card Without Consent, I Demand a Refund Immediately

On March 18, 2024, Global Blue charged my credit card for 90.85 Euro without my knowledge or authorization. I have never approved any payment to this company, and in fact, I didn’t even know who Global Blue was until I saw this unexpected charge on my statement.

This is completely unacceptable. I never gave permission, made any agreement, or authorized any transaction with this company. I’m shocked that my bank allowed this charge to go through without verifying it with me first.

I am demanding a full refund of the 90.85 Euro (₺ equivalent) immediately. Global Blue must take responsibility for this unauthorized transaction and correct the issue without further delay. I also expect an explanation from my bank on how this payment was processed without my consent. I will escalate this further if my money is not refunded promptly.

Emra Bey merhaba. Aynı olay benim başıma geldi, global blue üzerinden alacağım 400 EUR önce hesabıma geçti ve aynı gn geri çekilmiş. Yani kredi kartı böyle bir çekime kapalı olduğu halde nasıl olup ta 400 EUR nun debit edildi anlamak mümkün değil. Eğer siz yurt dışında bir alışveriş yapmadıysanız sizin durum çok daha vahim. Bakiyeyi geri alabildiniz mi ?
