Codashop eFootball Unauthorized Purchases Refund Request

On Wednesday the 12th, several purchases for Efootball through Codashop were made from my account without my knowledge or permission. The total amount of these transactions is 432,000 rupiah. I later noticed the charges and confirmed that multiple payments for Konami eFootball top-ups were successfully processed, even though I did not approve or carry out these purchases myself. These transactions were performed by a friend using my details without my consent. Because these are unauthorized transactions, I request that the full amount of 432,000 rupiah be refunded and any related top-ups or benefits linked to these payments be cancelled if possible. I also kindly ask for my account and payment information to be checked and secured so that similar unauthorized purchases cannot happen again. I am sharing all related transaction records as proof and ask that my refund request be handled as soon as possible.
