I Bought Used Razer Gold Codes from Hopi’s Efdigital Seller and Got No Help

I purchased Razer Gold codes from a seller named Efdigital on the Hopi app, but the codes turned out to be already used. Neither Hopi customer service nor Efdigital’s support has offered any help. It seems Efdigital, either their employees or the company itself, uses the codes first and then sells them to customers like me. Customer service keeps telling me to try redeeming the codes on gold.razer.com, which I’ve already done multiple times with no success. This feels like a deliberate scam, and I believe government authorities should intervene. If this happens again, I will not hesitate to file complaints with CİMER, Consumer Protection Courts, and all relevant agencies. I also hold Hopi responsible for facilitating this fraudulent process.
