I Accidentally Bought a 50 USD IMO PIN on Razer Gold and Can’t Use or Refund It

I topped up my balance on the Razer Gold website and intended to convert it into a USD PIN. Unfortunately, I accidentally purchased a 50 USD PIN for something called “IMO,” which I didn’t recognize at the time. That alone might have been manageable—mistakes happen—but what’s absolutely ridiculous is that I can’t even use the PIN I bought!

The IMO app doesn’t accept the PIN at all. I’ve tried multiple times, and it just doesn’t work. I contacted Razer Gold support and explained everything, hoping for at least a refund or a fix. Their response? “We can’t help you.” No refund, no exchange, nothing. Just a cold shoulder.

So I’ve now spent real money and gotten absolutely nothing in return. I bought a digital product that doesn’t function and was told there's no way to reverse it. This is beyond frustrating. I demand that Razer Gold either issue a refund or replace the unusable PIN with one I can actually use. I will not accept being ignored after losing ₺ because of a broken system and zero customer care.
