Dundle Razer Gold Code Not Received After USD Payment
I purchased a Razer Gold card from Dundle using my Visa Debit Classic card, paid in USD from Jamaica, but I have still not received the code. The order number for this purchase is 045fec06-dae4-4fc4-8445-0433667590d5, and it has now been over 6–8 hours since the payment was completed without any delivery of the product. I checked for a response from Dundle support regarding the missing Razer Gold code but have not received any reply. I find it unacceptable to be charged for a digital product that is not delivered and to receive no feedback. I request that the Razer Gold card code for this order be sent to me immediately, or that you urgently resolve whatever issue is blocking the delivery so I can use the product I paid for without further delay.
