Quotex Withdrawal Issue

I am writing about an issue with my Quotex withdrawals that are shown as “successful” in the platform but have not reached my bank account yet. I requested two withdrawals via bank transfer from my Quotex account. One withdrawal was for 9,000 and the other for 9,981. In my Quotex transaction history, both withdrawals appear as successfully completed. However, it has already been 2 days and neither of these amounts has been credited to my bank account in India. When I contacted Quotex customer support, they only told me to wait 3 to 5 days, but they did not give me any clear information or proof regarding where my money is or any transaction reference. Since the status is already marked as successful in the system, I am very concerned about this situation. I request that this issue be resolved urgently, that both withdrawal amounts be traced and credited to my bank account as soon as possible, and that I receive clear and transparent information about the status of these transfers.
