Quotex Withdrawal Marked Successful but ₹11,651 Never Reached Bank

I requested a withdrawal of ₹11,651 from my Quotex account (Quotex ID: 79183795) to my Jammu and Kashmir Bank account on January 19, 2026. In the Quotex app, this withdrawal is shown as “successful,” and I also have the transaction ID 40738025702. However, even though five days have passed, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

Prior to this, I had successfully completed withdrawals from Quotex to the same Jammu and Kashmir Bank account, so this issue is unusual. I contacted my bank and obtained my bank statement, and there is no record of ₹11,651 being credited to my account.

I also contacted Quotex support and submitted a request regarding this missing withdrawal, but I have not received any response so far. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and by the fact that my money remains stuck even though the app shows the transaction as completed.

I am requesting that this issue be urgently investigated and that my withdrawal of ₹11,651 with transaction ID 40738025702 from my Quotex account (ID: 79183795) be credited to my Jammu and Kashmir Bank account without any further delay. Alternatively, I request a clear and written explanation of what went wrong and when I will receive my funds.
