I have a real trading account on Quotex and I am facing a serious issue with a withdrawal that has not been credited to my bank account. On 25 March at around 2:30 p.m., I requested a withdrawal of 42,059 rupees via bank transfer to my Axis Bank account. The platform later showed at around 11:00 p.m. that the withdrawal was successful, and the transaction ID given by Quotex is 40739697527. Despite the status showing “successful,” the money has still not been credited to my bank account. I have been checking my Axis Bank account regularly, roughly every 30 minutes, and there is no sign of this amount, nor any pending or rejected transaction on the bank’s side. I contacted Quotex support about this issue. They replied that the withdrawal had been completed only yesterday and that it may take a few more days for my bank to credit the amount to my account. They also informed me that if I did not receive the money by 27/03 I should open a new support ticket in the correct section. At this point, I am worried about the safety of my funds because the platform shows the withdrawal as completed but the money is still not in my bank account. I request that Quotex urgently investigate this withdrawal with transaction ID 40739697527, confirm where my funds are, and ensure that the amount of 42,059 rupees is either credited to my Axis Bank account without any further delay or, if there is a problem with the transfer, returned to my Quotex trading account. I also expect clear written clarification on the status of this transaction so that I can feel secure using your platform.
