Quotex Deposit Not Credited After Successful GPay UPI Payment
I deposited to my Quotex trading account via GPay UPI on 22/02/2026 in the amount of 4,820 INR. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account, and I have the transaction ID 605367587015, but the amount has not been credited to my Quotex trading balance. After noticing that the balance did not update, I contacted support and was informed after 6 days that no funds had been received from my account. However, my bank statement clearly shows that the money was deducted, and the GPay transaction is marked as successful with the above reference. I request that my payment of 4,820 INR with transaction ID 605367587015 be traced urgently and either credited to my Quotex trading account or refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what went wrong in this transaction.
