Qatar Airways Unsolved Luggage Damages
In April, I decided to fly with Qatar Airways from Istanbul to China. The adventure began with a thrilling six-hour delay at the layover point. My suitcase's handle was broken when I arrived in China, and I didn't realize it until later. I contacted the airline's customer service department and even called the Qatar Airways office, where they attempted to compensate me and negotiate with me. On the other hand, when I requested a replacement bag, they insisted that I contact the airline directly. Despite the passage of five months, the problem has not been resolved. Dealing with airlines that are as unhelpful as they are should be avoided at all costs.
