Qatar Airways Ticket Price Dropped by ₺12,000 in 12 Hours – No Refund or Support
I purchased a Qatar Airways ticket for ₺54,000, and within just 12 hours, the price dropped to ₺42,000! Naturally, I wanted to reach out to the airline for assistance, but getting in touch with them is nearly impossible. Their customer service is completely unhelpful, and worst of all, they offer no Turkish support—you must speak English to get any response.
When I requested a cancellation or price adjustment, I was bluntly told that not a single cent would be refunded. This level of customer service is unacceptable for an airline of this caliber. Zero flexibility, zero consideration for customer satisfaction.
If you're considering booking with Qatar Airways, I strongly advise you to look at other options like Singapore Airlines. We made the mistake of booking with them, and we deeply regret it!
