Vitra Ships Repeatedly Cracked Sinks and Damaged Mirrors to Customer

I am experiencing serious frustration due to the products I purchased from Vitra through the Bodrum Önderler dealer and the subsequent service process.

First, after the service team installed a round mirror in my bathroom, I wiped it down and noticed small surface scratches deep enough to catch a fingernail. I called service to request a replacement, and they asked for photos, which I submitted. However, despite time passing, I received no response. When I called Vitra customer service to follow up, they dismissed the claim as "user error" and rejected my replacement request.

Second, the vessel sink I purchased arrived cracked. The installation technician noted the defect, drafted an official service report, and stated that a replacement had been ordered. When the replacement sink subsequently arrived, it was also cracked. I was told another exchange was requested, but I have yet to receive any update or resolution regarding this item either.

Third, the mirror from the Vitra Mia bathroom vanity set I purchased had four silicone streak marks running across its entire length. I returned the product to the dealer on the same day requesting an exchange, but no information or resolution has been provided to date.

Due to quality defects across multiple products, combined with total indifference from both service and customer support over the past two months without any callback, I am left in a difficult position. I demand that Vitra representatives contact me immediately, inspect the scratched mirror, the twice-cracked vessel sink, and the silicone-streaked vanity mirror, and replace all defective items with new, flawless units to resolve my grievance. Otherwise, I will exercise all my legal rights.
