I Face Broken Luggage and Damaged Belongings on Qatar Airways Antalya–Doha–Male Flights

On August 20, 2025, I traveled with Qatar Airways on the Antalya–Doha–Male route, and again on the return Male–Doha–Antalya flights. Unfortunately, I faced serious baggage problems on both journeys.

When I collected my suitcase in Male, the luggage I had checked in at Antalya was completely broken, and nearly all my cosmetics were shattered inside. Many of my clothes were also ruined and unusable, forcing me to throw most of them away. On the return flight, the same issue occurred again—my suitcase was once more delivered to me damaged in Antalya.

I reported the incidents both at the airports and directly to Qatar Airways representatives, but so far, no solution or compensation has been offered. My losses, including the suitcase, broken cosmetics, and discarded clothing, amount to approximately ₺10,000. For reference, my PNR code is 7SXJJJ.

I am requesting full compensation from Qatar Airways for the financial damage I suffered, covering my broken luggage, destroyed makeup products, and the clothing I had to discard. As a premium international airline, Qatar Airways must take responsibility and ensure passengers are reimbursed when baggage handling failures cause such significant personal losses.
