Qatar Airways Lost My Bag After QR955 to Sabiha Gökçen and Still Hasn’t Shipped It

On March 21, 2025, I arrived in Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport from Jakarta on Qatar Airways flight QR955. At baggage claim, I was told my luggage didn’t arrive with the flight and would be sent to me via cargo within two days. They even followed up on WhatsApp, assuring me it would be shipped shortly.

But it has now been five days, and I still haven’t received my bag—or even a clear update on where it is. The contact number they gave me (0216 588 8***) is useless; I’ve called many times, and no one ever answers. Neither the cargo company nor Qatar Airways is giving me any information. I have no idea where my luggage is, and I feel completely abandoned.
