Puma Sneakers Sudden Breakdown, Unhelpful Customer Service Directing Me to Third Parties
I was shocked when my brand-new Puma shoes suddenly fell apart. I bought them only a month ago...like how many times could have I worn them? Even more frustrating is the fact that the company has not been willing to help with the problem. When I tried to get in touch with Puma's customer service to exchange or solve my problem, it turns out, the item bought from the Tokgoz seller cannot be exchanged because it wasn't bought directly from Puma. Their policy says that you need to provide proof of purchase and go through the original seller, why? to make things even harder?
