Puma Shoes I Bought from StarCity Outlet Fell Apart After Just a Few Months of Use




On 01.03.2024, I bought two pairs of shoes from the Puma StarCity Outlet, one for myself and one for my spouse. Actually, I had purchased two pairs of shoes before, but after 4-5 months of use, they were in terrible condition. We replaced those worn-out shoes with the ones that are now the subject of this complaint. We didn’t face any issues during the exchange process. However, after using the pair I got for myself for 2-3 months, they started to deteriorate. After 4-5 months, the upper leather began cracking and peeling, the inner heel lining tore, the insole started falling apart, the sides opened up, and the sole developed holes—basically, a host of problems.
Why do people choose Puma? Why do people pay such high prices for Puma shoes? The answer is simple: "Quality." Otherwise, I’m sure we could find much cheaper and even higher-quality shoes in many stores. These products are absolutely not befitting a global brand like Puma. You are only diminishing your brand’s value and reputation in the market. It’s been almost a month since I filed a review request, but I have yet to receive a response. From what I’ve seen, most similar issues with the shoes are dismissed as user error. I hope my case doesn’t end the same way. Otherwise, I will escalate the matter to the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

My complaint has not been resolved in any way. I was just told something like "we are creating a request to expedite your process" by customer relations. It's been 3 days and the product is still under review. It's really hard to understand Puma. My issue has not been resolved! My complaint continues. Please give me the value I deserve for the money I paid for these lousy shoes you made as soon as possible. Finish reviewing and approve my product. Otherwise, if my issue is not resolved within 3 days, I declare that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Board.
