Puma Shoes Defective Product Inspection Time Exceeded

The Puma brand shoes I bought on May 14, 2023 were opened from the left tip and I took this product to the Park Bornova store where I bought on June 13, 2023. In as little as 29 days, I have not yet received a return regarding the shoe that has become this by wearing 4/5 times. As of today, there have been a total of 51 days / 45 working days, but 3 days ago, I was told that the answer to all the defective products from the brand came and that the return of information would be provided to me within 2 days, but there was no return, and since they did not return within the given time, when I asked again today, they said that the For the product that has not been concluded in such a long period, I request the product money, which is my legal right, due to the excess of exceeding the legal period and the expiration of 20 working days given according to the law.Again, as promised, I would like to state that I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee if I do not return until the overtime unit on 05/08/2023.
