I bought a size 41 pair of Puma RS X shoes. I already own a different color variant of the same item. However, the most recent pair I purchased is uncomfortably tight and hasn't loosened up. I informed the staff at Bursa Korupark Shopping Mall about the problem, and they advised me to submit an online request to the company. Following their instructions, I contacted Puma and explained the situation. They refused to approve the exchange, which surprised me. Is it my fault that the same item in a different color fits but not this one? Furthermore, I am not a growing child; I am a 50-year-old adult. It is unjust to blame a loyal customer for an error on your part. I demand that you admit your mistake and facilitate the exchange of the product I currently own. It's only natural for a company to make amends and prioritize customer satisfaction.
