In April 2024, I purchased a Puma Ferrari tracksuit for my son, believing it to be a quality product from a reputable brand. Despite paying more than other tracksuits on the market, by May 2024, the black tracksuit started fading and now resembles a dull grayish color, as clearly visible in the photos. In early June 2024, we took it back to the retailer. A month later, they informed us that we could pick up the tracksuit, stating, "This is not our issue; no exchange or return will be accepted." We strive to purchase quality products, knowing well how to care for and use them properly. Is it normal for a supposedly high-quality Puma product to lose its color within 1-2 months? My son hasn't even had the chance to wear it due to this disappointment. I expect Puma to stand behind the products they design or outsource, facilitate an exchange, and uphold their name and brand reputation by ensuring product integrity. I patiently await your response.

Dear Sir/Madam, In reference to your statement in the email you sent, "There is no request submitted to Puma Turkey or any action taken by us to the company," it seems that with the visuals and invoices I have sent, a request has now been submitted to Puma Turkey. Let's see how Puma Turkey will evaluate this request. The issue of who owns the brand comes to the forefront here. We bought this tracksuit because it is Puma. The fact that we did not purchase it directly from your sales points does not mean that you will not stand behind your brand. If you are only concerned with the items sold at your own sales points, then you should not allow the sale of the Puma brand anywhere else. If you were standing behind your brand image, you could provide an explanation not based on where or through whom it was sold, but on the fact that you sold a poor-quality product and did not provide the necessary support for your original labeled product. I kindly request that the necessary actions be taken regarding the exchange of my product and that you address this issue with your sales dealer.
