Nike Tech Jacket Hood Faded While Other Parts Stayed the Same

I bought a Nike Tech hooded track jacket on 08.09.2024, but I've observed considerable colour fading on the hood. Notably, the cuffs, hem, and all other areas of the jacket show no signs of discolouration. I reported the issue to the store, and they sent the jacket for inspection, but the response I received was simply "user error." This explanation is confusing. If it was an issue caused by the user, why is the colour fading only on the hood while the rest of the jacket looks fine? I was informed that I could pick up the jacket from the store on Thursday, so I haven't been able to upload any photos just yet. I hope Nike will recognise the problem and offer a fair resolution, whether that means a replacement or a repair.
