Pull&Bear Sold Me an Out-of-Stock Bikini Top and Delayed My Refund
On May 23, 2026, I placed an order for a bikini top through the Pull&Bear mobile application. According to the order details, the product was expected to be delivered on June 1. However, despite several days passing, the order status never progressed beyond “Order Confirmed,” and the item was never shipped.
When I checked the order again today and saw that it still had not been dispatched, I had no choice but to cancel it. After canceling the order, I clicked on the same product and discovered that it was listed as out of stock. This means that Pull&Bear accepted orders for a product that was apparently unavailable, leaving customers waiting while their money remained tied up.
I paid approximately $23 for this order using my debit card, and my order number is 20216823008. Another frustrating aspect of this experience is the lack of accessible customer support within the application. There is no visible customer service or support section where I could report the issue or request assistance, leaving me with no direct way to resolve the problem.
Although I canceled the order today, the refund has still not been credited back to my account. I request that Pull&Bear ensure out-of-stock products are not displayed as available for purchase, review and correct its inventory management process, and issue the refund of approximately $23 to my debit card as soon as possible.
