I Face Ongoing Pull&Bear Delivery Delays and Cannot Reach Anyone for Help

I placed an order with Pull&Bear on May 18, 2026, and I still have not received my package. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have experienced this type of issue with Pull&Bear. Because I continue to face the same problems and cannot find anyone who is able to provide a real solution, I decided to share my experience here.
The delay has become extremely frustrating. At this point, I feel as though products ordered from overseas would have arrived faster than this shipment. Despite waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, I have received no clear explanation regarding the status of my order or when it will actually be delivered.
What makes the situation even more disappointing is the lack of effective customer support. When I contact the store, the staff can only repeat the same tracking information that I can already see on my phone. No additional details, investigation, or meaningful assistance is provided. As a customer, I expect to be able to speak with someone who can take responsibility for resolving the issue rather than simply repeating information that is already available to me.
My complaint is twofold: first, the excessive delays in delivering Pull&Bear orders, and second, the absence of accessible customer service representatives who can provide real solutions when problems occur. I request immediate information regarding my shipment and a prompt resolution to this ongoing delivery issue.
