Pull&Bear Sent the Wrong Sweatshirt and Rejected My Return Request

On May 18, 2026, I purchased a sweatshirt through the Pull&Bear app and paid approximately $39 for the order. The package was delivered on May 20, 2026, but the product I received had absolutely no resemblance to the sweatshirt I ordered. The only thing that matched was the price tag. In terms of style, appearance, and features, the item that arrived was a completely different product from what was shown and purchased through the application.
Naturally, I was extremely disappointed and immediately submitted a return request. I returned the incorrect product with all original tags still attached, expecting the issue to be resolved quickly and professionally.
After waiting for approximately two weeks, I was shocked to discover that the same incorrect product had been sent back to me. Not only was I inconvenienced by receiving the wrong item in the first place, but instead of correcting the mistake, Pull&Bear returned the exact same product to me again. This repeated error has significantly increased my frustration and completely undermined my confidence in the brand.
To make matters worse, I was unable to find any effective customer support channel. There was no live support option and no reliable way to communicate with someone who could resolve the problem, making the entire process unnecessarily difficult.
My return reference number is 6005655306. The incorrectly delivered product is still in my possession with its original tag attached. I request that my return be accepted and that my payment of approximately $39 be refunded in full, or alternatively, that the correct sweatshirt I originally ordered be sent to me without further delay.
