I Face Forever 21 Order Not Shipped And Stuck In Processing

On March 27, I placed an order on Forever 21 consisting of four clothing items totaling $75. My order number is 3169854119011895. Despite a significant amount of time passing, my order has still not been shipped, and it लगातार shows as “processing” in the system.

During this time, I contacted customer service, and they only stated that my order is in the packaging stage, but there has been no actual progress. I am waiting for the items to be delivered to my address in Istanbul/Sancaktepe, but since the shipment has not been dispatched, I am experiencing inconvenience and frustration.

I request that my order be shipped immediately without any further delay and that I be provided with clear and accurate information regarding the delivery process.
