Forever 21 Return Code Not Working And Unable To Complete Return

About 15 days ago, I purchased two items from Forever 21’s official website. One of the items was sent in a smaller size than expected and did not fit, while I decided to return the other because I did not like the style. The total order amount was $31, and I did not pay any shipping fee for this purchase.

To initiate the return process, I made multiple attempts through both the return request page on the website and by calling customer service. Every time I contacted customer service, they told me they would assist me and repeatedly generated a return code. The return code is visible in the system. However, when I try to use this code at the shipping company, I receive an “invalid code” error every time, preventing me from completing the return.

Despite dealing with this issue for about 15 days, no solution has been provided. I demand that the return process for both items be completed without any issues and that the of approximately $31 that I paid be fully refunded to me.
