I Face Trendyol Forever 21 Order Issue And Lost Gift Voucher

I ordered a black pair of shorts from the Forever 21 brand on Trendyol, with delivery number 10266861854. However, on March 7, I received a white item instead of black. Due to the incorrect color, I returned the product, and in return, I was issued a $5 gift voucher. It was clearly stated that vouchers given due to product-related issues would be valid indefinitely. However, last Friday, my gift voucher suddenly disappeared without any action on my part and became unusable.

When I contacted Trendyol customer service about this issue, they told me that the voucher had expired. However, it had been explicitly stated that this voucher was issued a product issue and should not have an expiration date. Despite this, I am currently unable to access the amount that is rightfully mine.

As a customer living in Kocaeli, I have been negatively affected both by receiving the wrong product and by my gift voucher being removed from the system without proper notice or accurate information. I request that my $5 gift voucher be reissued to my account in a way that allows me to use it without expiration, as originally promised due to the product issue.
