Forever 21 Return Stuck In Review And Refund Not Processed

I purchased two Forever 21 items (a cardigan and a dress) through the Boyner app. Since the sizes did not fit, I created a return request and initiated the return process on March 27, 2026. However, despite several days passing, my return is still shown as “under review,” and there has been no progress or any form of update.

This prolonged process is causing inconvenience and has damaged my trust in both the brand and the seller. My order number is 4159301192. I request that my return review process be completed urgently and that the amount I paid for the returned items be refunded to my account immediately without any further delay.
