I placed an order through the Forever 21 app under order number 3113966708411508, which included a total of three items. One red cropped cardigan was canceled without any explanation, and the refund for that item was processed to my card without issue. After that, I returned the remaining two items I received—one sweater and one t-shirt.
According to the shipping tracking, the returned items were delivered to the Forever 21 warehouse on January 27. However, despite a significant amount of time passing, my credit card refund of $54 has still not been issued.
For the past week, I have been contacting customer service multiple times almost every day. Each time, I am told that the issue has been forwarded to the relevant department, but I receive no concrete response, and my refund is still not processed.
I do not accept that my refund has been delayed for such a long time even though the products were received at your warehouse, nor do I accept the repeated stalling responses. I demand that my $54 credit card refund be processed and deposited into my account immediately without further delay. This was my first and last purchase—I will never shop here again.
