Pull and Bear Sent Bag Orders Incomplete, Customer Service Not Effective

I  bought three cute bags on Trendyol from Pull and Bear online store, everything looked great—bills were sent out in my name—but then when the parcel came there was one piece in it. There's no one to talk to or help fix things. I'm not just asking for a refund; I want to be paid for the trouble. We need Trendyol and Pull and Bear to own up to the mess they've made.  I need a solution as facing a loss of four figures, which I can't ignore. why would I anyway?
