Since November 26,  I bought a jacket from Pull&Bear through Trendyol, stuck in the "preparing" status. asked both the seller and Trendyol several times but have not heard back. The product hasn't been sent out yet after a month.  you took the money but didn't send the product. Is this a good way to run a business? My problem must be clearly solved, and the item sent right away. Both the seller and the platform haven't been talking to each other, which makes me very worried about the customer service and the trustworthiness of the buying process. It's annoying. to have to wait so long, especially when buying something online and getting it quickly is important. be honest about the status and ship my order.
