Pulibet Not Responding to Support Emails

On November 22, 2025, at around 7:00 PM, I deposited approximately 18 USD into my Pulibet account via bank transfer. Even though I have the transaction receipt and followed all instructions correctly, the deposited amount has still not appeared in my account.

Despite contacting live support multiple times, I was repeatedly told to “wait a little,” and it was implied—quite openly—that my deposit may not be credited at all. My issue is not being taken seriously during live chat conversations, and I feel like I am being mocked. I also submitted a support request via email but have not received any response.

I request that the 18 USD I deposited be credited to my account in full as soon as possible, and that an investigation be conducted regarding the mistreatment and unprofessional behavior I experienced during this process. I expect a clear and detailed explanation.
