KLM Cancelled My Cuba Flight and Turna Refused Full Refund
On October 15, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket through Turna.com with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines for a trip departing from Istanbul to Cuba, with a layover in Amsterdam. My reservation number is 84XVBQ.
After arriving at Amsterdam Airport without any issues, my flight to Cuba was canceled by KLM without any valid justification, and I was instructed to contact Turna instead. Due to this cancellation, I missed all my connecting flights, had to return to Istanbul, and was forced to purchase two new tickets to reach Cuba, resulting in approximately €2,000 in additional expenses.
This situation caused significant financial and emotional distress. I have contacted Turna.com multiple times via phone and email over the past months, but I have not received any clear or satisfactory resolution. Most recently, I was informed that I would only be refunded approximately $600; however, this amount is far below my total additional expenses and damages.
I request that Turna.com fully reimburse all additional ticket costs and related expenses of approximately €2,000 that I incurred due to KLM’s unjust cancellation, and that my grievance be resolved urgently.
