On November 25, 2025, I deposited approximately 30 USD into my Pulibet account via bank transfer. However, the deposited amount never appeared in my balance.
When I contacted live support regarding this issue, I noticed that they were very quick to guide me through making the deposit, but afterward they kept delaying by saying, “There is a global issue; your balance will be updated once it’s fixed.” Each time I contacted them, they reassured me with statements like “I’m fixing your issue right away,” yet no real progress was made.
They requested the receipt details, and I provided the full bank slip without missing any information, but the deposited amount is still not reflected in my account. The fact that my money has not been credited at all and that I am repeatedly given vague, stalling responses has left me in a difficult situation.
I request that the 30 USD I deposited be immediately credited to my account or refunded to me, along with a clear and definitive explanation regarding this matter.
