Wexpay Transfer Not Showing in Pulibet Account

On November 26, 2025, at 11:54 PM, I deposited approximately 45 USD into my Pulibet account using the Wexpay transfer method, but the funds never appeared in my balance. Although the transaction shows as successful, the money has not been credited, leaving me at a loss.
I reached out to customer support on both the Pulibet and Wexpay sides, but most of the time I receive no response. When they do reply, I am only told to wait, and no concrete solution is provided. Despite the time that has passed, the money has neither been credited to my account nor refunded.
I request an urgent review of the transfer made on November 26, 2025, at 11:54 PM, and I demand that the amount be immediately credited to my account or refunded, and that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
