Karaca Pizza Maker Cable Melted and Mixer Broke After Warranty

In November 2023, I purchased two Karaca Home products through Trendyol: a Gastro 10-in-1 pizza maker and a Multichef Stand Mixer Rose Gold. The warranty for both products expired in November 2025.
Shortly after the warranty ended, about two months ago, the pizza maker suddenly malfunctioned on its own and burned out. There was even visible melting on the device’s power cable. Then, about two weeks ago, the Multichef stand mixer also stopped working.
The fact that both products failed right after the warranty expired, and especially that the pizza maker developed a serious safety issue like a melting cable, has caused me major concern and completely damaged my trust in the brand.
When I contacted Karaca Home customer service, I was told that since the warranty had expired, the products could only be inspected through paid service, and no support, goodwill gesture, or solution was offered. For a case involving a potentially dangerous issue like a melting power cable, I expected the company to take this matter more seriously and conduct a proper investigation.
Because these products failed immediately after the warranty period and pose safety risks, I request that my situation be addressed. I ask that the defective products be inspected and that appropriate solutions such as repair, replacement, or another fair resolution be provided. I also expect a more responsible and customer-focused approach from the brand.
