Pulibet Customer Support Not Helping — Funds Still Not Added

On November 21 at 12:03 AM, I deposited approximately 152 USD into my Pulibet account using the Garanti Bank fast transfer method. Even though I have the transaction receipt, the funds still have not been credited to my gaming account.
When I contacted live support, I was told that the transaction was “in queue.” I also called customer service by phone, but they provided no solution other than repeating the same statement—that the transaction was pending. Despite the time that has passed, there has been no progress and the amount has still not been added to my account. As a user who can provide the full receipt, I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation.
I request an urgent review of this 152 deposit and that the amount be credited to my account in full as soon as possible.
