Ironically, I was visiting my grandmother in a remote village without internet access on that very day. Even sending a text message necessitated the discovery of a signal spot. Calling Vodafone's customer service yielded contradictory information, with the company initially blaming Google Play and later revealing the involvement of Payguru, a purchase company. The frustration grows as I am forced to pay 1,230 TL ($143) for a game I never played. I'm a single father who is struggling to make ends meet. My appeals are ignored, and I am directed to file complaints elsewhere. My family's finances have been strained as a result of the situation, depriving us of basic necessities. This is an injustice that must be addressed, as many others may suffer the same fate as a result of these false charges.
