PUBG Charged ₺1649.98 to My Phone Bill – No Authorization or Account


I just noticed a ₺1649.98 charge on my phone bill, listed under PUBG Mobile, but I have never signed up or made any purchases in the game. I contacted Türk Telekom, and they confirmed that the charge was made for PUBG, yet I have no account or connection to the game.
I reached out to both Türk Telekom and PUBG support, but neither provided a clear explanation or solution. They just keep giving vague responses instead of addressing the issue.
PUBG, refund my money immediately! If this is not resolved, I will pursue legal action for unauthorized charges. I expect a full refund and an explanation for this fraudulent transaction!
